Weekly Affiliate Newsletter – 29th April

It’s time for yet another Comeon Connect newsletter. Keep on reading to see what is happening over at GetLucky and below about some updates about embeddable games.

In order to comply with new LCCP regulations as part of our UKGC and MGA licenses, we ask you to remove ALL embeddable games from your affiliate sites that link directly to our casino brands or have been taken from our media library. The new LCCP regulations require the operator to verify customers age within 72 hours of them playing any free-to-play games that link directly to our casino brands.

By “free-to-play games” we mean versions of gambling games with which a player interacts e.g. by pressing a start button to spin the reels – in other words, the customer can ‘play’ the game albeit there is no stake or prize involved.

For the avoidance of doubt, and to ensure that all our affiliates comply with the new rules, we ask you to remove any embeddable games on your site that is currently hosted by Playcherry Ltd.

We also remind you of our general marketing guidelines;

Comeon Connect Affiliate team use www.rightlander.com which scans the internet to find affiliates who are promoting the brands. All affiliates promoting the brands need to comply with the current gambling regulations. Affiliates are checked for the following:

• The affiliate must include a direct tracking link to the welcome offer you are promoting on the site.
• It must be clearly stated in the review of our brand/s that we only accept players of the age of 18 years or older.
• Up to date brand logo.
• Up to date images showing the correct welcome offers (If you have images of our brand on the site)
• Affiliates with exclusive or different offers than the standard welcome offer must link to a dedicated landing page All brand banners must be up to date showing our current welcome offer or the special offer the affiliate may have.
• All banners must have the required information stated on them. Example for UK there has to be 18+, Terms apply, Please gamble responsibly and begambleaware.org stated.
• Link to welcome bonus terms and conditions or to the exclusive offer must be clearly visible on the site (especially for UK).
• Call to Action buttons must say “Play here” or “Bet here”
